Anchors

Percussion Driven Anchors (PDA’s) are recommended for use with a high performance Turf Reinforcement Mat (TRM) in high flow installations, deep-cut channels, or extreme slopes. There are multiple size anchors available based on project requirements and site condition. The composition of the anchor includes a braided zinc aluminum coated steel cable with a foot on the lower end which turned 90 degrees upon installation that locks the anchor. The upper end of the anchor is a washer-like disk used to disburse the pressure of the locking mechanism once the anchor is pulled tight against the surface.
